Indiana passed a law (Public Law 109-2005) requiring all residents to show a  photo ID before casting a ballot at the polls. In addition, you must live in  your current precinct for at least 30 days if you plan to vote in that election.  To register for the first time or to update your registration information, you  will use the same registration form.
